Through our website here at Fusion Doors, we allow you to design your own frontdoors, and then make sure that they are fitted with locks that are approved by leading insurance companies and police forces. The new Yale keyfree lock can be fitted to your frontdoors if you desire. All of the locks that we fit are streamlined and add to the beauty of your house frontdoors.

Wooden house frontdoors

For many years, houses were fitted with a front door of wood and these can still be supplied. They can be made from hard or soft wood with many designs available. The wood will be treated so as to ensure that there is no warping or deterioration of the door. Good quality hinges will be fitted, as will the latest in security locks. The aforementioned keyfree lock can be fitted.

UPVC frontdoors

These frontdoors came with the invention of double-glazing. They are lighter in weight than the new composite doors, but are very durable and are almost totally maintenance free. They can be designed to whatever you request with some of the panels being glass if you require. Security is paramount, so the frontdoors will be securely hung, and the locks will meet the standards that are set by the leading insurance companies and the police forces. As with the wooden door the keyless lock can be fitted.

Cottage frontdoors

Fusion Doors can supply cottage frontdoors and will make sure that they match the style of your property. The frontdoors are manufactured of wood, UPVC or composite materials and will be securely hung and fitted, as well as having locks that conform to the highest security standards.

Composite frontdoors

The composite door makes a very good house front door. These are the best of the new style of house front doors, as not only are they durable and maintenance free, but also incorporate an almost unlimited range of designs as well as colours. The frame is wooden and is stuffed with a solid fire retardant filling and then coated front and back with GRP skins. These skins can be painted in any colour and thus have a great versatility. The paint, if applied as thorough-colour, will stay fresh for many years and unlike UPVC will not tarnish or diminish in brightness. Should the door get scratched then touch-up paint can be applied to cover up the mark.

The design is whatever you would wish and can incorporate stained glass, coloured glass or patterned glass panels if you wish.

Our composite home frontdoors are fitted into secure frames and with high security locks, which may, if you so wish, be Yale keyfree locks.
